Download the proposal and attach the .html file to your email or DM. Your client double-clicks it and it opens beautifully in their browser. Best for tech-savvy clients.

Open the downloaded HTML file in Chrome. Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on Mac). Change Destination to "Save as PDF". Click Save. Best for corporate clients who want a PDF.
